  2. Write down any error messages exactly as they appear
  3. Ensure you are using the latest version of the software










If your issue concerns unlock codes, expired licences or product registration, you need to contact the Sales and Administration Team on 1300 306 561.




Before submitting this support log please make sure you are using the latest version of the software, as your issue may not occur in the latest version.  You can either use the update facility in Practice Management or download modules directly from the website.
